1. Venue Offer and Site Visit Support
Online site visits and personalized consultations allow event organizers from distant locations to prepare smoothly.
2. Planning Support
We offer suggestions ranging from confirming seating arrangements and schedules to providing ideas for entertainment and performances.
3. Creating Memories
We collected photos from our school days, compiled them into a slideshow, and screened it on the day of the event.
4. On-site operational support
Leave everything to us, from reception assistance and opening support to after-party arrangements.
5. Optional Support
• Free commemorative photo shoot & data sharing
• Free preparation of background music and theme songs
• Free taxi arrangements for after-parties and beyond.
• We offer a specially designed cake for the alumni reunion (additional charge applies).
• Assistance with creating name tags and attendance lists (fee applies)
